ITINERARY:
Day 1: Hanoi - Halong - Lan Ha Bay
Morning
Arrive at Tuan Chau Harbor by noon. Check-in onboard, enjoy a complimentary welcome drink and listen to the safety briefing before checking in the cabin.
Afternoon
Enjoy lunch in the restaurant while the cruise sets sail for Lan Ha Bay. The ship crosses hundreds of majestic limestone islands then drops the anchor at a secluded area. In the afternoon, you swim and kayak on the bay for 1.5 - 2 hours. Back to the cruise. Join a sunset party with finger food on the top deck. You can also watch the cooking class with a traditional dish of Vietnam or book a massage at reception.
Evening
Dinner is served. After that, free time to order drinks at the bar, enjoy a massage treatment after an active day, or fish squid.
Day 2: Lan Ha Bay - Halong - Hanoi
Morning
Dawn lovers cannot miss the spectacular and tranquil scenery in the early morning in Lan Ha Bay. Try out a Taichi session on the top deck or sip a cup of hot tea or coffee. After a light breakfast, visit Dark-Bright Cave by a sampan boat rowed by a local. Then, back to the cruise to relax a bit before checking out and enjoy brunch in the restaurant. Arrive at Tuan Chau harbor at around 11:45.
ITINERARY:
DAY 1: HALONG – LAN HA BAY (Lunch/ Dinner)
- 11:30 AM: Meeting at the TuanChau, Halong harbor.
- 12:00 PM: You will be taken on our tender from the wharf and make your way out onto the bay to board our luxurious craft, Sapphire Cruise. You will be welcome aboard and greeted with a complimentary drink. Our Crew will conduct a compulsory safety procedures session and then you are free to check into your cabin and freshen up. Take some time to have a look around the vessel or watch the magical landscape go by.
- 13:15 PM: A special lunch of fresh seafood and an assortment of appetizing favorites will be served. We set sail for Lan Ha Bay passing to Da Chong islet where you can see a lighthouse built by the French over 100 years ago.
- 15:00 PM: When lunch is about to finish, it is just nice that the Cruise completes its entry through Cua Van area to Lan Ha Bay (as part of Halong Bay). The area is surrounded by a lot of extraordinary limestone karst landscapes. Guests can start their journey to explore Lan Ha Bay by Kayaking and swimming in the crystal clear waters of the bay.
- 17:00 PM: Back to the main boat, and cruising to a place for staying overnight
- 17:30 PM: Join the sunset party on the sundeck in a warm and romantic atmosphere, making friends with other members of the group enjoying fresh local fruit, and listening to soft light music.
- 18:00 PM: Take a cooking class
- 19:15 PM: Relish special Dinner in the restaurant.
- 20:45 PM - 00:00 PM: Your free time to relax with an exotic cocktail or whatever takes your fancy. Our bar has a wide range of wines, beers, and liquors and is always a welcome sight for guests after a day on the Bay. Order a Spa service or take any activities on boat cruise such as watching documentary movies, squid fishing or simply relaxing on our rooftop deck under the cover of a star filled sky
DAY 2: LAN HA BAY - VIETHAI VILLAGE (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner) (We use a normal small boat to explore Lan Ha Bay and come back on the Sapphire Cruise in the evening)
- 06:30 AM: Early birds are welcome to attend sunrise Tai Chi on our upper deck and it's an excellent way to get your energy levels up for today's adventures. You will be fascinated by the exquisiteness in the early hours as you enjoy a coffee, tea.
- 07:00 AM: Enjoy a buffet breakfast with the best local coffee brand and fresh fruit juices.
- 8:00 AM - 8:30 AM: : Get picked up at Tra Bau area
- 8:30 AM – 9:00 AM: Boat cruises through Lan Ha Bay before disembarking at Viet Hai dock
- 10:00 AM: Go cycling a short trip of 5km to Viet Hai village – a small village in the midst of the jungle, surrounded by the high mountain ranges of Cat Ba National Park. The area has become popular with foreign tourists, without attracting mass tourism so it is still very rustic. For those who are not fancy cycling will be arranged by electric car.
- 11:30 AM: Return to the dock and board our day boat again to sail further to the other side of Lan Ha Bay
- 12:00 PM: The dayboat anchors for a peaceful lunch.
- 13:00 PM - 14:00 PM: Kayaking around Tai Quéo cave area, a tunnel cave, to a lake like “Dragon eye”.
- 14:00 PM – 14:30 PM: We move on to Ba Trai Dao (Three Peaches) Beaches.
- 14:30 PM – 15:30 PM: We are free to swim in this beautiful & clean area. Enjoy finger fruits dishes while cruising back toward Tuan Chau island
- 16:00 PM – 16:30 PM: Arriving Tra Bau area
- 17:30 PM – 18:00 PM: The moment you choose your own way to relax after dinner
Day 3: DARK & BRIGHT CAVE – HALONG BAY - HANOI (Light Breakfast/Brunch)
- 06:00 AM: The nicest time of the day on Lan Ha Bay is the morning. Head to the upper deck to participate in our daily Tai Chi sessions. Relax with an early morning cup of tea, coffee or juice anywhere you wish on the boat and watch the never-ending miraculous scenery unfold before you.
- 06:30 AM: Light breakfast will be served in our restaurant (pastries, tea, coffee)
- 7:30 AM - 9:00 AM: Enjoy the last stage of your trip to Dark & Bright cave and islets by local rowing boats which is a wild and mysterious beauty in the middle of the World Heritage. Back to our main board afterward.
- 09:00 AM - 9:15 AM: Check out of your cabin as we draw closer to the mainland.
- 9:45 AM: Lunch in the restaurant on the cruise.
- 10:45 AM: Take the tender to leave the ship to Tuan Chau harbor
- 11:45 AM: Tour ends at TuanChau, Halong
